What counts as a workflow execution?
1 workflow execution = 1 completed workflow run (start → finish), regardless of steps or nodes. For chat, 1 execution covers 1 orchestrated turn: user message → UdinBot orchestrates (routing, KB retrieval, tools) → response.
What happens when I hit my execution limit?
We use a soft limit with grace. You'll get alerts at 80%, 95%, and 100% usage. There's a 10% grace buffer. After grace, new workflow runs pause until you upgrade or purchase an add-on.
Can I change my execution tier without changing plans?
Yes! You can increase or decrease your execution bundle within Standard or Business without changing your plan. This lets you scale volume without forced upgrades.
What is AI Builder?
AI Builder lets you describe a workflow in natural language, and AI generates the flow draft for you to edit. Business includes 250 credits/month, Enterprise includes 1,000+ credits/month.
